View J.C Sprott's Fractal of the Day - Thanks to J.C. Sprott
Fractals are images that record what happens in the transition zones between order and chaos.
Just as simple equations with few variables can lead to complex patterns of behaviors, much of what we
perceive as organic form is made up of endlessly
repeating patterns of simple structures. This self
similarity across scale is called "Fractal".
Some examples are:
- Snow flakes
- The coast line
- The Weather
- The Immune System
- The Human Body
- Healthcare Organizations

Example of a fractal: the Mandelbrot Set
